Beauty Advisor provides AI-powered seasonal color analysis services, including:

• Free Tier: Basic color analysis with primary color palette identification
• Premium Subscription ($19/year): Unlimited analyses with personalized eyeshadow and lipstick showcases, hair color recommendations, virtual makeup try-on, PDF exports, and complete style guides

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Beauty Advisor. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed annually at $19/year. Your subscription automatically renews each year on your anniversary date unless cancelled.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time by visiting your account settings and clicking "Manage Subscription." Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
• You will maintain premium access until the end of your current paid period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method

5. Gift Codes

Gift codes for premium subscriptions:

• Can be purchased for gifting 1-year premium access to others
• Are non-refundable once purchased
• Must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Are single-use only

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on Beauty Advisor, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your photos to provide color analysis
• Store your photos securely on our servers
• Display your analysis results to you

We will NOT: Use your photos for marketing, sell your photos to third parties, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing you with the service.

7.3 Analysis Results

The analysis results we provide are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the analysis results or generated content.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

Beauty Advisor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of analysis results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with your specific device or browser

8.2 Analysis Results

Our AI-powered color analysis provides recommendations based on algorithms and color theory. Results may vary and should be considered as suggestions, not definitive rules. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or satisfaction with recommendations.

8.3 External Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Advisor and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $19, whichever is greater).
